Our Youth Athlete Injury Prevention classes are designed to increase strength, mobility and movement competency in youth athletes:

Run by Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning coach, in the class you will learn how to:

  • Jump and Land safely
  • Warm up properly
  • Improve movement competency
  • Increase strength and mobility
  • Decrease your risk of injury
