Mat Pilates

Our mat Pilates class is run and supervised by University qualified health and fitness staff. The class is designed to increase lower back, hip and core strength and is suitable for all ages and abilities. 

Our class size is restricted to 8, making it easier for us to give our participants the guidance and coaching that the need, leading to better results and less chance of getting injured by doing the wrong thing.
