Mums and Bubs Exercise Class
Having a baby is one of the most wonderful things in life. Unfortunately, though, going through labour can take its toll on the mother. Leaving their bodies weak and unstable as a result of lack of training afterward due to the recovery process.
In our mums and bubs class, we take you through gentle and progressed exercise to help get you back to your pre-labour fitness. The benefits of the class include but are not limited to.
- Increased strength
- Improved core and pelvic floor control
- Meeting and training with like-minded people.
- Making new friends
